Richard Taveras and Shana Rutten had discussed the idea of marriage in the few years that they had been dating, but Shana had no idea of what she was in for on a random Saturday in August of 2011. Richard spent two full months planning in secret to re-create Shana's favorite show - The Amazing Race - in New York City with all of her friends.
