Simran asks Manas for a board meeting in which her father is also a member. Dev suggests to Abhimanyu that he ll get a new female assistant for him who s interested in learning photography from him. Saruabh reads the letter from Aastha nursing home and refuses to attend the board meeting. Kavita seconds his decision. Anjali advises Saurabh not to attend the board meeting because a once a relationship is over, it s forever. Saurabh tells Anjali that unlike Padma, she understands him so well. At Anjali s behest, Saurabh sends a letter to the Board saying that he has resigned. When the Board members taunt Simran about Saurabh s motive behind resigning, she gets agitated, and yet another member resigns. Abhimanyu meets Kiran Kapoor (Neeru Bajwa) his new assistant.
